EQUIPMENT ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION

In order to ensure customers receive a comprehensive service from initial design to final assembly of their guarding system, Satech supports customer staff via an education programme which includes both theory and practice in the assembly of the main parts such as doors, safety switches and locks. Assembly staff are also given an easy-to-understand 3D plant layout.

ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION SERVICE

For those customers not wishing to assemble and install the guarding systems themselves, Satech provides this service through a network of approved assembly teams. The assembly operatives are trained in Satech's technical centre which is equipped with the full range of products for full-scale assembly.

In response to customer requests, Satech has established partnerships with a number of consulting and service companies able to certify industrial plant and machinery to relevant safety standards.

This additional customer support enables Satech to square the circle and provide an all-encompassing assembly, installation and commissioning package that covers machinery, plant and workplace safety in a truly 360-degree service delivering all relevant certification at a corporate level.
